    Can I have a surgery just on my nostrils? I think my nostrils are too big and want to make then look smaller, but I’m scared it might affect my breathing.Has anyone ever had a nostril reduction surgery before? And did it cause you any breathing issues?

    Yes you can. I think it is called nostril reduction surgery. And no it won’t affect your breathing. – Henry
